Patti graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in December 2002. She has worked in private practice as well as in gyms and athletic clubs since 2003. Patti enjoys using her skills as a treatment therapist with a range of clients, including car accident victims, office professionals in need of tension and postural help, clients who are professional level athletes in need of athletic regime maintenance and varying sports injury treatments, and people with everyday aches, pains, and stress. She specializes in injury assessment and treatment, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy/Neuromuscular Technique, Myofascial Release, Lomi style Swedish, sports massage, and passive stretching, and sometimes incorporates some reiki into her work.
Patti’s first love in the wellness industry was yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2001, received the major part of her yoga teacher training at the Yoga Conservatory of Scottsdale in Arizona, and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance since 2004. She was also a fitness instructor for many years and loved working in the fitness industry. Patti has also been an ergonomic consultant specializing in office workstation ergonomics. She combines her training and experience in massage, anatomy & physiology, movement, and postural assessment/solutions for powerful sessions in both massage and yoga.
In her free time Patti enjoys time with her dog, learning new small business strategy, trying new restaurants, being a yoga student instead of a teacher, riding roller coasters when she can, and eating cookies of almost any kind.
