At Seattle Massage Oasis, we are preferred providers with the following medical insurance companies:

• Aetna
• Cigna
• First Choice
• Lifewise
• Premera

We also accept Auto/PIP claims and L&I/Worker's Compensation claims.

Seattle Massage Oasis will submit claims directly to the insurance company to bill for services rendered. If the insurance plan includes a co-pay and/or deductible, it will be due at the time of service.
