Patti graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in December 2002. She has worked in private practice as well as in gyms and athletic clubs since 2003. Patti enjoys using her skills as a treatment therapist with a range of clients, from office professionals in need of tension and postural help, to clients who are professional level athletes in need of athletic regime maintenance and varying sports injury treatments, to people with everyday aches, pains, and stress. She specializes in injury assessment and treatment, Deep Tissue, Lomi style Swedish, Trigger Point therapy/Neuromuscular Technique, Muscle Energy Technique, sports massage, and passive stretching. Patti is also currently in training to become a certified reiki (energy work) practitioner.

In addition to massage, Patti's first love in the wellness industry was yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2001, received the major part of her yoga teacher training in Scottsdale Arizona, and has been a Registered Yoga Teacher with the National Yoga Alliance since 2004. She was also a fitness instructor for several years and still enjoys leading water aerobics classes occasionally. She combines her training and experience in massage, anatomy and physiology, and movement for powerful sessions in both massage and yoga.

In her free time Patti enjoys exercising, movies, music, dancing, target/skeet shooting, snowboarding, riding roller coasters when she can and eating cookies of almost any kind.

Erica Keich, LMP (formerly Erica Lambregts, LMP)

Erica graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in December, 2002. She has worked in a private practice setting since 2003. Among other modalities, she specializes in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, injury treatment, trigger point treatment, sports massage, hot stone massage, passive stretching and pregnancy massage.

In addition to doing massage therapy, Erica has taught aerobics classes since January, 2000. She is nationally certified in teaching group fitness through AFAA, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. It was her passion for health and fitness that led her to pursue her ultimate career goal of doing what she loves; massage therapy and teaching aerobics. She came to this career after pursuing a more traditional path, having graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism. Then after spending some time in the corporate world, she realized it was not where she belonged and so she enrolled in massage school.

Erica is thankful for the background and corporate experience that she has as she feel it helps her better relate to her clients/patients, many of whom have corporate jobs. She knows firsthand how the body feels after sitting at a computer day after day, and not always remembering to use a headset when using the telephone. She can also relate to the pressures many corporate environments present.

Erica takes great pride in her work. She finds it important to take time to listen to patients and tailor each massage session to the individual needs of that person on that particular day. She believes that we only get one body so we should try to take good care of it. Massage is such a great way to relieve tension, pain and stress; it compliments an active lifestyle, helps us deal with illness and injury, and just plain feels good!

In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as cooking, baking, camping, traveling and reading baby, nutrition and fitness related material.

Angela Sessions Hurst, LMP

Angela enjoys continuing education classes that refresh her knowledge of anatomy to truly inform her touch.

Angela graduated from Washington State University in 1997 with an emphasis in Psychology and a minor in Business. Presently she is a busy wife, and stay-at-home mom of two boys, and continues to do massage on a part-time basis.

In her free time, aside from spending time with her husband and kids, Angela enjoys reading, exercising, movies, and outdoor activities.
